Pete Wainscott is owner and CEO of RCS. Pete moved to Austin from Lubbock in 1987. He opened Fiesta Flowers, an FTD top 250 flower shop. In 1993, Pete saw a need for an “all-in-one” cleaning service, providing make-ready service, commercial, model and spec home cleaning, and window & carpet cleaning. RCS grew to clean over 400 model homes in central Texas. Pete donates his free time to Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Austin Baptist Chapel - Angel House, and Cap City Kids. He and Ty Burcham began the HBA Strike Against Hunger charity bowling tournament. And every Christmas, Pete puts on "Pete’s Crazy Trail of Christmas Lights!" |

Kathleen Gelacio is our operations manager. She graduated from St. Edwards University in 2005 with a degree in business and joined Reliable Cleaning Service four years ago. Kathleen loves meeting new people and learning from their successes. She takes pleasure in working with our many wonderful clients. Her main focus is client relations and satisfaction, so if you are looking for Reliability when it comes to cleaning look to Kathleen and her team to get it done!

April Melody Sanchez is the newest member of the RCS family. Originally from El Paso, TX, April moved to central Texas to attend Southwest Texas State University (former) in San Marcos before settling in Austin. Her first job in Austin was working as a housekeeper for a family where she gained a greater appreciation for a clean and presentable environment. Make sure to say 'Hello' and introduce yourself when she stops by for model home inspections.
